As the dog kept asking for more water with its front paws, the man didn’t hesitate to dedicate some of his time to help. Like many stray animals, the dog relied on human kindness, and it was fortunate this time.
Every act of kindness toward an animal reflects how much people care about them. Puppies and cats, sadly, are among the most common victims of abandonment, seen daily in different parts of the world. Because of this, it’s almost impossible to adopt every abandoned animal and save them from this harsh reality.
Unfortunately, not everyone can bring an animal into their home due to rules or a lack of resources for a larger living space, but small gestures still matter. Providing food, shelter, offering transport to a shelter, or calling for help are just as meaningful as adopting an animal.
This was shown by an unknown man in a video shared on social media, where he can be seen giving water to a stray dog directly from his hands.
Tansu Yeen, a Turkish businessman, posted the video on his Twitter account. In the video, the man, surrounded by others, draws water from a public tap to give to a thirsty dog, who is begging for water by raising its front paws. The man carefully cupped his hands to collect the water, bent down, and brought it to the puppy, ensuring it didn’t spill.

The pup quickly drank the water and finished it. The man then stood up to collect more. Another person nearby turned on the faucet, allowing the man to gather more water and continue hydrating the thirsty dog.
