Puppy With A Deformed Face Is Rescued By A Family That Loves Him Just The Way He Is

Arrow is a small dog with a heartwarming story. While his videos and photos now show a happy, playful dog, his beginning was far from easy. Anyone who had seen him as a puppy in his heartbreaking condition might have thought he wouldn’t survive.

But fate had different plans. Arrow was fortunate enough to find true angels in the form of parents who saw past his deformity, which shocked many, and loved him unconditionally, just as he is.

Arrow was found as a baby at the doors of the animal rescue organization PMM Rescue Inc. He was in a pitiful state, and it was soon discovered that his jaw had been severely broken due to a vicious bite from another dog. Sadly, his lower right jaw could no longer be saved.

The injury had become so infected and necrotic that it emitted the smell of rotting flesh. The only option was to remove the damaged bone. The vets had to remove the entire lower right side of his jaw, along with part of the upper right side.

Dr. Sidhu, a hero from Bakersfield, California, performed the delicate surgery. He made sure to give Arrow his full attention and care, not leaving until he was confident that the little dog’s life had been saved.

Although the trauma left permanent scars on his face, Arrow’s vibrant, bubbly personality remained unchanged. His story went viral, with a beautiful video showcasing not only his difficult beginnings but also the brave, joyful dog he has become thanks to the love surrounding him.

Arrow loves eating, playing with a ball, learning new tricks, and making a mess while drinking water. However, his favorite activities include cuddling, giving slobbery kisses, taking naps, sleeping in a little longer in the mornings, and joining his parents on long evening walks.

His family adores him just the way he is, without concern for his physical defects or any limitations he may have. Despite being two years old, Arrow has never lost his puppy-like energy and joy. He remains playful and active at all hours of the day, knowing that he is the most loved member of his family, and fully embracing the freedom to “do what he wants.”

Though his owners often find themselves cleaning up the hundreds of kibble pieces that fall from his crooked mouth, chasing him around the house, and dealing with the mess he makes, they wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world.
